The oil of this nut contains 77% of polyunsaturated fat, 43% of linoleic acid and 33% of linolenic acid. The tree is grown in home gardens, naturalized or cultivated in Malagasy, Sri Lanka, southern India, Bangladesh, Brazil, West Indies, and Gulf Coast of United States. DIRECTIONS:
Take a quarter of the seed before going to bed, let it boil in one glass of water for 3-5 minutes then drink the water together with the seed.
