Turkey stuffed with spring onion sauce

Ingredients: two 7pp/ración people


For the turkey:


large turkey 1 fillet (300g ).......... ... 9PP

20g ham 1pp .................. nonfat

..................... 3 prunes 1pp ..................

spinach leaves

1 roasted red pepper

pepper salt



For the sauce:


2 onions

2 cts oil ............... 2pp ......

1pp 10g cornflour ....................

chicken broth or 1 / 2 bouillon


Preparation:
